Role Impact:

As an Accessories Sales professional at Image Mobiles and Computers, you will play a vital role in driving the sales of mobile accessories, which are integral to our customers' experience. Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in identifying their mobile accessory needs by providing tailored recommendations.
Drive sales through product demonstrations and by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the latest products and trends.
Ensure the accessories section is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing to attract customer interest.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Address customer queries and concerns in a professional and helpful manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Stay informed about promotional offers, new arrivals, and other key product information to effectively engage customers.

Required Skills:

Technical Skills: Knowledge of mobile accessories, including cases, chargers, headphones, and other peripherals.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, customer service, and sales skills. Ability to build rapport with customers and provide personalized recommendations.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications:

Education: Plus Two or higher.
Certifications: No specific certifications required, but a keen interest in electronics and mobile accessories is beneficial.

Past Experience:

1 year of experience in a retail environment, preferably in electronics or mobile accessories sales, is an advantage.
Experience in customer service, with a strong track record of driving sales and achieving targets.
