As an IT Sales Executive, you will be at the heart of our customer engagement strategy. Your efforts will directly drive revenue and customer loyalty by providing tailored product recommendations, building strong client relationships, and keeping up with the latest tech trends. Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with walk-in customers and provide expert guidance on suitable IT products
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store performance
• Maintain a thorough understanding of current tech products and features
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, including invoicing and follow-ups
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high customer satisfaction and smooth operations

Required Skills:

• Sales Communication: Clear, persuasive, and customer-focused communication
• Product Knowledge: Understanding of mobile phones, laptops, and related accessories
• Customer Service: Ability to listen, assist, and build trust with customers
• Basic Tech Literacy: Comfortable with billing systems and basic software tools

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Any sales-related training or certification is an added advantage

Past Experience:

• At least 1 year of experience in IT or electronics sales, preferably in a retail environment
• Familiarity with handling customer queries, product demos, and closing sales in a fast-paced setting
