Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair smartphones and tablets across multiple brands.
• Perform hardware and software troubleshooting, replacements, and upgrades.
• Conduct thorough quality checks before and after repairs.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Stay updated on the latest technology trends and repair techniques.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of mobile hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Education: Higher Secondary (Plus Two) or equivalent.
• Certifications: Basic training in mobile servicing (preferred, not mandatory).

Past Experience

• 0 to 1 year of hands-on experience in mobile repair or a service center environment.
• Exposure to fast-paced retail or technical service roles will be an advantage.
