Role Impact

As a Lap Technician, you are a vital part of our technical service team. Your work ensures that every laptop and desktop repair is handled efficiently and accurately, directly contributing to the company’s reputation for dependable service. By keeping customer devices running smoothly, you help strengthen customer trust, drive repeat business, and support the company’s long-term service strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in laptops and computers.
• Perform component-level repairs, replacements, and system upgrades.
• Run diagnostics to ensure proper functionality before and after repairs.
• Maintain service records and update job logs accurately.
• Coordinate with customer service teams to ensure timely and effective resolutions.
• Stay updated on new repair techniques and emerging technologies.
