Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems at client sites
• Troubleshoot technical issues and perform routine maintenance checks
• Provide clear, courteous support to customers during and after installation
• Conduct site assessments to determine optimal system setup
• Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Maintain accurate records of installations, service calls, and equipment usage

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of basic electrical and wiring systems
• Familiarity with CCTV hardware and software installation
• Ability to read diagrams and follow installation protocols
• Good communication and customer interaction skills
• Basic problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

Qualifications:

• SSLC (Secondary School Leaving Certificate)

Past Experience:

0–1 year of experience in CCTV installation, electronics servicing, or a related technical role is preferred. Internship or hands-on project experience will also be considered.
